The Righteous Judgement of God

One of the common questions raised by God's people throughout scripture, and even today, is "Why do the wicked prosper, even at the expense of God's own people?" In this passage, Paul comforts his persecuted readers by explaining the righteous judgement of God, which is a paycheck to the sinner who opposes Christ and His church, but a gift to the saints who have trusted and persevered in Him.
